Virgin America is a low-cost airline that features hip plane interiors and innovative amenities including a sophisticated in-flight entertainment system.  I contributed the following concepts to a campaign pitch to Virgin America:  1) Featured destination in-flight auctions would add another level of excitement and anticipation as travelers bid on services and attractions en-route.  2) A personalized online experience that would log total miles traveled and activities of VA friends would boost brand loyalty.  3) Digital camera kiosks would provide an enhanced destination service for travelers - customers would be able to rent & return a digital camera  and find all the photos taken in their online account after
a trip.
